Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor


Location: Work From Office
Industry: EdTech / E -Learning
Experience: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full -time


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor who can engage with prospective learners, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right program. The role involves handling leads, counselling students, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively
  • Conduct counselling calls to understand student requirements
  • Explain courses and recommend suitable programs
  • Convert leads into enrollments through regular follow -ups
  • Handle objections and build trust with prospects
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM tools
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of B2C sales
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Strong follow -up and closing skills
  • Customer -centric approach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared is a plus)
  • Target -driven and self -motivated

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Sales or counselling experience preferred
