Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets.
  
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow -ups and conversions.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  
• Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
  
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
  
• Handle client interactions, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  
• Track and report sales performance metrics and activities.
  
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  
• Manage customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
