Job Description - Inside Sales Team Lead for SaaS Product

Overview:

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. This position requires a dynamic individual with proven leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of inside sales representatives. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address any challenges.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the performance of the inside sales team.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the management team on team performance, achievements, and challenges.
Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless end -to -end customer experience.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in dealing with clients from the US or Europe.
  • Strong understanding of Technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales technology.
