Job Description - Inside Sales Tele caller

â¢ Manage and update a list of leads in CRM

â¢ Use a dialer to make calls and update their status in the CRM

â¢ Identify right point of contact / decision maker

â¢ Explain the product and its benefits

â¢ Identify Interest and pass on the interested lead to the sales manager for closing

â¢ Respond to email / chat communication and send marketing material where required

Requirements

â¢ Able to speak in Hindi / English and communicate with Business owners

â¢ Decent typing skills

â¢ Ability to learn CRM and dialer software if not already known

â¢ Have very good ownership of leads and excellent follow-ups

â¢ Should have good interpersonal skills

â¢ Able to communicate product features and value to customers

â¢ Able to update notes in CRM about next steps and feedback if any from prospects
