OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
For the Workflow, Seller will provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and back-end support as after sales service. The Services include:
1. Strategic Advertising Consultation/ Advisory
a)assist pre-existing customers of the client on ongoing ad campaigns.
b)Suggest improvement to account performance of existing customers.
c)monitor that the existing advertising client’s ad budget is being spent efficiently.
2. Back-end Support
Responding to any incoming enquiries within the prescribed time limit with the objective of supporting the customer by providing the requisite information about client’s ad products and ad campaigns.
Responsibilities/Authorities Main accountabilities:
•Manage a portfolio of medium-size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for customer success, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
•Cold-call clients within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment.
•Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve, and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices provided.
•Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns.
•Collaborate within the sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
•Identify key client stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, to support Customer Business Objectives and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
•Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
•Manage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset: •Focus on the Right Leads: It starts with knowing who you're targeting (i.e. identifying your buyer personas and ideal customer profile). The sellers should also be able to determine what are the pain points for the advertiser and align the optimization techniques to overcome the same. •Cold calling: Making multiple outbound calls to assigned clients. Develop sales opportunities by researching and market analysis, influencing and relationship-building skills, by providing technical information and explanations. •Sales Discipline: Understanding of sales cycles including prospecting, communicating, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value, not price. Displaying the importance of following set processes and inputs designed to achieve sales related targets. • Pipeline Management: Generating and maintaining a healthy client relationship aimed at long term benefits for the client and the advertiser. •Objection handling: Ability to understand the key objections from clients, clarify their concerns and use product knowledge and vendor led training to alleviate these concerns and move the sales cycle forward. •Analyze campaign effectiveness: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the ad campaign. Understand whether the campaign is performing as expected, and if not, what changes can be suggested to generate higher profit for the advertiser and the client. •Market Awareness and Objectives: Ability to learn and share industry and business trends with advertisers, apply the knowledge to digital marketing initiatives and help achieve client goals, business, marketing needs and contribute towards attaining the same by pitching and helping implement the relevant Digital Ad features/products. •Exposure to Marketing Tools and Strategies: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Search, FB, Insta) with hands on experience. •Value Based selling: Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and drivers, emphasizing on the valueadd the advertisers will gain by implementing new/existing features. •Budget management: Should create opportunities for optimizing the account budget. Ability to help advertisers take action on transferring budgets among campaigns and have ROI based discussions focusing on detailed benefits for the advertiser.
