Inside Service Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This role is critical in driving sales efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative activities


• Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders


• Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, service, etc.) to ensure timely order execution


• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation


• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to support revenue generation


• Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management


• Manage documentation related to sales transactions, contracts, and compliance


• Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and commercial documentation


• Handle customer queries related to pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience Level:

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or sales support roles


• Experience in handling quotations, order processing, or customer coordination preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Quote-to-order conversion rate


• Order processing accuracy


• On-time order execution


• Response time to customer inquiries


• Sales support efficiency (lead follow-up, data accuracy, reporting timeliness)
