Responsibilities:

## Job Description We are seeking a **Specialist** with expertise in **Business Process Design** to join our team in the **Manufacturing sector**. This is a **full-time (FTE)** position with a **hybrid work environment., you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and process efficiency within the organization.

## Key Responsibilities - Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement process improvements. - Develop documentation and workflows to support process changes and ensure seamless adoption. - Monitor and measure the performance of implemented processes and propose corrective actions when necessary. - Act as a subject matter expert in business process design for the manufacturing sector.

 ## Experience & Qualifications - **Experience:** 2–5 years of relevant experience in business process design or related fields. - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. - **Management Level:** Specialist.

## Preferred Sector Expertise - Proven experience working in the **Manufacturing sector** is highly desirable.
