Assist in scheduling inspections with local building departments and utility companies.

Coordinate with project managers, installation teams, and inspectors to ensure projects are inspection-ready.

Prepare and organize documents required for inspections (permits, drawings, reports).

Track inspection appointments, results, and follow-up tasks.

Support re-inspection coordination if needed.

Maintain project records in internal systems.

Provide regular updates to the operations team on inspection status.
