Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of our restaurants to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
Collaborate with restaurant managers and staff to implement changes and ensure compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with local health and safety authorities to stay up -to -date on regulations and best practices
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to restaurant managers
Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and findings

Requirements

Requirements:

${Experience} years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a quality control or inspection role
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food science, hospitality, or related field preferred
Certification in food safety and handling (e.g. Food Safety Manager Certification)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
