We’re Hiring – Institutional Partnership Executive

Location:  |Thiruvananthapuram/ Allepy  Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Tie-up (Primary Focus)

• Proactively engage with universities and training centers through cold calling and follow-ups.
  

• Negotiate agreements and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  

Local Agency Tie-up (Shared Responsibility)

• Coordinate with select local agencies to source CVs.
  

• Maintain relationships and ensure CV delivery meets hiring targets.
  

Requirements

• Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills
  
• Experience in relationship management, sales, or recruitment
  
• Strong negotiation skills and persistence to drive successful tie-ups
