Job Description - Institutional Sales Executive

Language: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results -driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves expanding our client base and growing our institutional products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales, a deep understanding of capital and financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Generate leads through personal networks and networking events.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Prepare strategic business plans for the targeted region.
  • Collaborate with various departments including product, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Represent the company at expos and external meetings.
  • Engage with prospective clients through emails, social media, and telephone.
  • Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects, providing ongoing support.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a B2B role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a sales -oriented personality, capable of maintaining client interest and closing deals.
  • Extensive B2B connections and an existing network within the industry.
  • Experience in selling payment solutions, liquidity, or technology to brokers is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Well -organized and detail -oriented with the ability to track and report progress on multiple fronts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills are preferred.
  • Strong client -facing and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team to achieve target performance (KPI).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business expansion plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentation facilitation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, and adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the online financial trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial markets.
