POSITION SUMMARY
The role is responsible for creating and developing engaging e -learning content and training materials for various applications and modules. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and various stakeholders to design and implement courses and resources that met learning objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high -quality content across multiple platforms.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content, understand requirements, and ensure the instructional materials meet organizational needs · Create interactive, engaging, learner -focused course materials, including modules, tutorials, assessments, and multimedia content using tools like Whatfix, SharePoint, the LMS System, and other tools · Design and produce PowerPoint presentations, job aids, infographics, and instructional videos as part of course development · Assist with the configuration, deployment, maintenance and management of course content within the LMS · Ensure all instructional materials comply with industry standards · Continuously assess and improve learning materials based on user feedback and performance data · Assist with planning and managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion within scope · Provide support with various administrative tasks, including organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing project tasks |
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience in designing and developing e -learning courses and presentations · Proficiency in managing and working with a Learning Management System |
· Strong understanding of instructional design principles – including story boarding and development of formative and summative assessments |
· Analytical skills to evaluate and understand product functionalities and align them with training needs · Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently · Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to style guides and quality standards · Self -motivated, independent, and collaborative with the ability to work well in a team · Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt in a fast -paced, dynamic environment |

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, with strong proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.
Experience: 3 + years of experience with Whatfix, E -Learning Course Development, Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design Methodologies, Project Management, and Multimedia Development.
