Instructional Designer

·       Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content, understand requirements, and ensure the instructional materials meet organizational needs

·       Create interactive, engaging, learner -focused course materials, including modules, tutorials, assessments, and multimedia content using tools like Whatfix, SharePoint, the LMS System, and other tools

·       Design and produce PowerPoint presentations, job aids, infographics, and instructional videos as part of course development

·       Assist with the configuration, deployment, maintenance and management of course content within the LMS

·       Ensure all instructional materials comply with industry standards

·       Continuously assess and improve learning materials based on user feedback and performance data

·       Assist with planning and managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion within scope

·       Provide support with various administrative tasks, including organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing project tasks

·       Proven experience in designing and developing e -learning courses and presentations

·       Proficiency in managing and working with a Learning Management System

·       Strong understanding of instructional design principles – including story boarding and development of formative and summative assessments

·       Analytical skills to evaluate and understand product functionalities and align them with training needs

·       Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently

·       Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to style guides and quality standards

·       Self -motivated, independent, and collaborative with the ability to work well in a team

·       Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt in a fast -paced, dynamic environment
