Continuous Professional Growth\n\nDemonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, staying uptodate on AI trends and new design methodologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and data analytics to learning design.\n\n * Strong proficiency with elearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), LMS platforms, and multimedia creation tools.\n\n * Mastery of instructional design models and adult learning methodologies.\n\n * Experience working with subject matter experts to translate complex content.\n\n * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver highquality work in a dynamic environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, or a related field.\n\n * Experience creating adaptive learning pathways, simulations, or AIenhanced learning tools.\n\n * Familiarity with XR, gamified learning, or advanced multimedia design.\n\n * Experience in a technologydriven environment or designing training for engineering or technical audiences.\n\n * Background with AIenabled learning platforms and automation workflows.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis is an individual contributor role within the Talent Development organization.
