Instructional Designer & Learning Solution Development (FROM EDTECH ONLY)

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling edtech innovator transforming corporate and higher education training with AI-powered, learner-centric digital experiences. We design and deploy scalable, engaging, and data-informed learning solutions for global enterprises and academic institutions—blending instructional design rigor with adaptive technology to drive measurable skill outcomes and learner retention. Role & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences—from needs analysis to assessment—for corporate upskilling, compliance, and leadership programs.


• Translate complex subject matter into microlearning modules, interactive simulations, and scenario-based courses using rapid authoring tools.


• Collaborate with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to align pedagogy with platform capabilities and learner analytics.


• Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and accessibility-compliant assets while adhering to SCORM/xAPI standards.


• Leverage LMS/LXP data to iterate on content effectiveness and optimize learner pathways through A/B testing.


• Ensure all learning assets meet brand, instructional, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1+).
