Job Description - Insurance ( Elmsure )

Key Responsibilities

Identifying & assessing customer needs

• Generate quotes & convert them into business

• Entering data's to salesforce by referring the quote documents generated

• Maintain records of quote documents and policy documents in salesforce

• Communicate with team in NY and external clients (at a later stage through email) and work with proprietary systems to manage deal -flow

Requirements

Graduate degree/diploma is a must
Minimum 2 years of Experience in BPO/KPO US non voice process is a plus
Experience in the US insurance domain is a plus
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge about the mortgage lending, loan processing will be a plus
Respond to different types of customers positively
Ready to work in the US shift timings
