We are looking for an experienced and result -oriented Insurance Sales Manager with strong knowledge of Motor Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving targets, and expanding business through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve motor insurance sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow motor insurance business
Handle key clients, channel partners, and dealership relationships
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and MIS
Requirements
Proven experience in Motor Insurance sales (TP & Comprehensive)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target -driven and result -oriented mindset
Ability to manage agents, partners, and direct sales
