Insurance Sales Officer - Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Officer to join our reputable share and stock broking company in Mumbai , Vile Parle. Our Client also deals in the insurance sector, providing a wide range of insurance products to our clients.

As an Insurance Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products to potential clients. This includes identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and develop a strong network of leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking events.

2. Conduct thorough needs analysis and understand the insurance requirements of potential clients.

3. Explain the features and benefits of our insurance products to clients and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and to generate repeat business.

5. The candidate should be mainly able to sell term insurances, health mediclaims, motor policies, personal accident, property insurance, office pacakage policies etc amongst others.

6. Meeting clients and advising General insurance products and Life insurance plans as per client needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the share and stock broking industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
