Integrated Designer (Digital & Motion)

The role focuses on developing high-quality digital and motion design solutions while collaborating with creative teams and clients to deliver impactful brand experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead design projects that demonstrate strong creative thinking, craft, and conceptual expertise.


• Create digital and motion-based assets across multiple formats, including social media, websites, emails, and digital displays.


• Develop creative concepts, visual systems, storyboards, and engaging design solutions aligned with brand objectives.


• Support strategy, content creation, editorial development, publishing, and production workflows.


• Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and contemporary graphic design principles.


• Produce motion graphics and animations using industry-standard design tools.


• Collaborate with teams across creative, production, and client-facing functions to deliver projects efficiently.


• Present design concepts clearly and provide rationale behind creative decisions.


• Support pitches and high-priority projects requiring speed, accuracy, and creative excellence.


• Share knowledge, mentor other designers, and contribute to a collaborative creative community.


• Stay informed on evolving design trends, digital standards, AI innovations, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital and motion design, with experience creating engaging visual experiences for brands and audiences. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Experience in digital design, motion design, advertising, marketing, or creative agency environments.


• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.


• Experience with InDesign is a plus.


• Demonstrated ability to deliver both digital and motion-based design projects.


• Strong understanding of responsive and modular design systems for digital platforms.


• Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices.


• Excellent understanding of contemporary graphic design, typography, branding, and social media standards.


• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.


• Experience with art direction, storyboarding, and presenting creative concepts.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines and toolkits.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.


• Proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.


• Ability to mentor, brief, and provide constructive feedback to other designers.


• Fluency in English.


• Formal design education and experience working with global brands, social content, and motion projects are preferred.


• Experience using AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
