Integration Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Workato,
Python scripting, and API integration. The candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows, integrating
multiple applications, and ensuring seamless data exchange across platforms.
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows using Workato.
Develop and maintain Python scripts to support automation and data processing
requirements.
Build and manage API integrations across enterprise applications (REST, SOAP,
GraphQL).
Use Postman for API testing, debugging, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product) to
understand automation requirements.
Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize workflows, and ensure data
consistency.
Maintain best practices for security, scalability, and reusability in
integration design.
Document technical workflows, integration logic, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in automation, scripting, and API
integrations.
Hands-on experience with Workato (or similar automation platforms like
Mulesoft, Boomi, Zapier).
Strong proficiency in Python (data parsing, API calls, error handling).
Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, API keys),
and webhooks.
Proficiency with Postman for API testing, collections, and automation scripts.
Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
