Integration Developer

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 1100000 (ie INR 4 - 11 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

1. Custom Integration Development

- Design and develop custom APIs, connectors, or middleware to retrieve real-time data from:

- Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory, Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms, Nykaa Seller systems, ShipRocket logistics APIs

- Ensure dependable two-way data synchronization where necessary (orders, inventory, invoicing, payouts).

2. Data Normalization & Centralization

- Convert fragmented marketplace and logistics data into a standardized, unified schema

- Consolidate data into a centralized database to support dashboards and reporting

- Manage exceptions such as partial shipments, cancellations, returns, and reconciliations

3. Automation & Workflow Orchestration

- Create automated workflows to minimize manual tasks

- Utilize Parsuer (or comparable OCR/parsing tools) to extract data from unstructured sources (emails, PDFs, invoices)

- Input structured data directly into Zoho ERP systems

- Automate reconciliation processes and exception reporting

4. Dashboard & BI Enablement

- Develop and maintain a front-end dashboard or integrate with Business Intelligence tools

- Provide real-time visibility into key KPIs: Inventory & stock status, Order lifecycle progress, Revenue, payouts, reconciliations, and operational bottlenecks

5. Error Handling, Monitoring & Reliability

- Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems for API failures or data inconsistencies

- Proactively identify synchronization issues before they affect business operations

- Ensure high system availability and data accuracy

6. Security & Compliance

- Guarantee secure authentication and authorization methods (OAuth2, API keys)

- Enforce encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit

- Adhere to best practices for access control and handling sensitive information

Technical Requirements

Programming Languages:

○ Proficient in Python (Pandas, Flask/FastAPI) or Node.js

Zoho Ecosystem:

○ Practical experience with Zoho REST APIs

○ Familiarity with Deluge scripting (Books & Inventory)

Marketplace Integrations:

○ Experience with Amazon SP-API (Selling Partner API) or Vendor Central

○ Knowledge of Nykaa seller integration systems

Logistics APIs:

○ Experience integrating with ShipRocket or similar logistics platforms

Databases:

○ Strong SQL expertise (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

○ Experience designing schemas for aggregated transactional data

Parsing & Automation Tools:

○ Experience with Parsuer or similar OCR/data extraction solutions

Preferred Qualifications

● Previous experience in e-commerce, D2C, or marketplace-oriented businesses

● Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud for middleware and database hosting

- Familiarity with event-driven or queue-based architectures is a plus

- A strong product mindset, with the ability to suggest dashboard features that enhance business decision-making
