Job Description

The Integration Developer, Customer Technology provides technical expertise to Cielo’s Talent Acquisition technology consulting engagements. Architect and build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements for our clients by bringing solid expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions. Source data from operational systems through extracts, integrations, and vendor APIs. As a hands-on technical resource, the Integration Developer, Tech Consulting will help design and build global analytics solutions to drive the next generation of recruiting.

• Location Specifics: Remote (Candidates should be based in India)
• Specific Needs: Experienced Java Developers with Workday experience; Python Developers, database experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Language Requirement: Native Language; English
• Position Setup: Remote
• Shift Schedule: Applicants should be open to work on 3rd or night shift hours (6:00pm-3:00am IST)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of analytical systems and determine priority of needs.
• Provide expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions.
• Develop, test, implement, and document technical engineering solutions to assist business partners self-service analytic needs, client reporting, and data consumption requirements.
• Optimize data integration platform to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes.
• Analyze, define, design, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and system environments.
• Work under broad direction and be fully accountable for own technical work, project responsibilities, and team deliverables.
• Receive assignments in the form of objectives. Establish milestones and team objectives. Work can be either a component of a larger team effort or an independent effort as required.
• Advise on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to Integrations and make correct choices from alternatives.
• Champion technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization, with entrepreneurial spirting to build new solutions and drive organizational change.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.

Experience:

• Proven ability to lead technical resources on integration projects as well as mentor resources on best practices and patterns for efficient development of software and applications related to data and analytics.
• More than 4 years of results-oriented development experience with complex integrations.
• At least 5 years of experience using Java, Python and SQL for data analysis or integrations through the building and consuming SOAP and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions like Jitterbit or Dell Boomi.
• Proven ability to select appropriate solutions and technologies based on budget, existing architecture, and business requirements.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Deep technical expertise with integrations with a wide range of applications and technologies.
• Experience with various ATS solutions to include Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, etc.
• Experience with reporting and RAAS.
• Experience with Jitterbit or Dell Boomi, certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Internet, and other related software
