AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Tractor Integration Engineer 

 Job Summary: 

Tractor Integration Engineer to lead the integration of systems and sub-systems to ensure they function cohesively within the tractor platforms. This role is responsible for defining interfaces, resolving cross-system integration issues, and supporting the delivery of a unified, high-performing tractor architecture. 

The ideal candidate will work hands-on with systems engineers to ensure that interactions between systems (e.g., Energy, Motion, Power Distribution) and their sub-systems are well-defined, validated, and ready for platform-level integration. 

Your Impact  

• 
  

  Coordinate integration efforts between systems and sub-systems to support integration into the tractor platform 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with system engineers to align interfaces, requirements, and performance expectations between systems 

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure consistency and traceability of system interactions using MBSE and PLM tools. 

  
  

• 
  

  Participate in integration planning, design reviews, and issue resolution across platforms. 

  
  

• 
  

  Provide feedback to improve integration workflows, documentation, and interface control practices. 

  
  

Your Experience and Qualifications  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 

  
  

• 
  

  Total minimum 8 years of experience, 2-4 years of experience in systems integration or platform engineering roles. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong understanding of cross-domain system interactions and interface management. 

  
  

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with system modeling, interface definition, and integration testing utilizing MBSE practices and tools 

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
