Integration Lead_10+ years

We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect / Integration Delivery Lead with strong experience in Oracle Retail MOM and the IBM Integration stack to lead end-to-end integration architecture, delivery, client engagement, and team management for large-scale retail programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, and delivery for Oracle Retail MOM – RMS, ReIM, ReSA, and RIB.


• Design and manage batch and near-real-time integrations using IBM DataStage, IBM ACE/IIB, IBM MQ, IBM WAS, Oracle AQ, RIB, JMS, and RMS JDBC.


• Define integration strategy and reusable frameworks across IBM DataStage, Kafka, Boomi, and MoveIT.


• Drive performance tuning, throughput improvement, SLA validation, and volumetric scaling for large retail integrations.


• Lead integration workshops, design reviews, governance meetings, and client discussions.


• Manage senior client stakeholders, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and delivery expectations.


• Lead and mentor distributed integration teams of 10–20+ members across onshore/offshore locations.


• Own integration testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing, and cutover validation.


• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, production support, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support teams.


• Establish monitoring, alerting, observability, operational readiness, and continuous improvement practices.

Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise integration experience.


• Proven experience in Oracle Retail MOM integration projects.


• Strong hands-on experience with IBM integration technologies.


• Experience leading large distributed integration teams.


• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience in integration architecture, delivery, testing, performance tuning, hypercare, and production transition.


• Strong retail domain experience is highly preferred.
