We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a strong background in designing Show Suites, Sales Galleries, and Common Area Interiors, including Clubs and ID Function Work. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for creating exceptional spaces that engage clients and elevate the brand experience. The candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of design, from conceptualization to execution, and must have a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show Suites & Sales Galleries:
• Develop innovative and compelling designs for Show Suites and Sales Galleries that effectively showcase the brand, features, and benefits of residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, marketing teams, and clients to create immersive and persuasive experiences that drive sales.
• Select and source furniture, finishes, and fixtures that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to the target audience.
• Design layouts and spatial plans that maximize the flow of the space and optimize the customer experience.
• Common Area Interiors (Clubs & ID Function Areas):
• Lead the design of Common Area spaces, including Clubs, lobbies, and other public areas within residential, commercial projects.
• Create functional yet aesthetically pleasing interiors that encourage interaction and community, while aligning with the overall design vision.
• Design spaces that blend functionality with comfort, considering both aesthetic qualities and operational needs.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality interiors that meet design and budget requirements.
• ID Function Work Experience:
• Incorporate detailed ID function work into designs, such as space planning, furnishing, and selection of materials.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure the functionality and durability of designs, while also keeping aesthetic standards high.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design documents and construction drawings for interior spaces.
• Conduct thorough site assessments and oversee project installations, ensuring designs are implemented as intended.
• Client Engagement & Communication:
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure design ideas and concepts are understood and executed effectively.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and final proposals to clients, making necessary revisions as per feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client needs and expectations are met throughout the design process.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Track project progress, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure the quality of the work.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement and installation of materials and furniture.

Key Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in designing Show Suites, Sales Galleries, and Common Area Interiors.
• Proven experience in designing Clubs, lounges, and similar function spaces.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in Show Suites, Sales Galleries, and Common Areas.

• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, furnishings, and finishes suitable for luxury residential and commercial spaces.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and interior design standards.
• Ability to translate client vision into creative and functional designs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client relationships and work with a team.
