We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong background in furniture design to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from the furniture industry and have strong proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop. This role requires a blend of artistic flair and technical precision to conceptualize and execute unique, functional, and visually appealing interior spaces and furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Space Planning & Design Development:
  Conceptualize and design interior spaces with a focus on furniture layout, aesthetics, and ergonomics while maximizing functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Furniture Design:
  Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to design customized furniture pieces that align with the overall interior design concept. Incorporate knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization:
  Create accurate and realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and SketchUp to present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Technical Drawings:
  Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details for production and on-site execution.
• Client Interaction:
  Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present concepts and ideas, and incorporate feedback into final design solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely delivery.
• Material & Color Selection:
  Select and recommend appropriate materials, colors, textures, and finishes that align with project goals and budget.
• Project Coordination:
  Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of design plans. Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality across all project phases.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation for each project including concept boards, mood boards, working drawings, and BOQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior or furniture design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful residential and/or commercial projects.
• Software Proficiency:
• 3ds Max (mandatory)
• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• SketchUp
• V-Ray and/or Lumion
• Good knowledge of furniture ergonomics, joinery techniques, and design trends in the furniture industry.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling and team collaboration.
