Job Description - Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

â Create high -quality 3D models and renderings based on architectural drawings,
sketches, and design briefs.

â Maintain and update a comprehensive library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.

â Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and 3D renderings.

â Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

â Develop design concepts, including mood boards and material palettes.

â Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting based on design goals and client
preferences.

â Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate and
timely project execution in line with the design vision.

â Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design
practices.

â Ensure adherence to project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

â Draft and prepare test layout drawings for potential coworking sites.

â Design and draft office areas, meeting rooms, cafÃ©s, corridors, etc., in
accordance with the ratios and standards defined in product guidelines.

â Optimize layouts to maximize space utilization while maintaining functionality and
aesthetics.

Requirements

Pre -requisites of the Role

â 3 -5 years of experience in office or commercial interior design

â Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

â Proficiency in 3D visualization software, including 3ds Max, V -Ray, Corona,
SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

â Strong knowledge and hands -on experience with AutoCAD 2D.

â Proven experience in drafting corporate and office space layouts, including
coworking spaces, for areas exceeding 15,000 sq. ft.
