Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Luxury Interior Designer / Architect to design and deliver exceptional residential spaces for high-end clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury residential interiors, space planning, and client consultation, with a strong eye for design, materials, and aesthetics. This role requires excellent client engagement skills, the ability to manage premium projects, and a passion for creating bespoke living environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute luxury residential interior and architectural projects from concept to completion.
  


• Conduct client consultations to understand design preferences, lifestyle requirements, and project objectives.
  


• Develop innovative space planning solutions for renovations, new constructions, and residential interiors.
  


• Create material boards, furniture layouts, mood boards, and home design concepts.
  


• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  


• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the design process.
  


• Present design proposals, layouts, and material selections to clients with confidence and professionalism.
  


• Stay updated on global design trends, luxury materials, and innovative interior solutions.
  


• Ensure every project reflects premium quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience as an Architect or Interior Designer in the luxury residential segment, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction projects.
  


• MBA, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture; candidates from foreign universities or with international experience are preferred.
  


• Entrepreneurship experience is an added advantage.
  


• Proven experience handling luxury residential projects valued at ₹15,000 per sq. ft. and above.
  


• Strong expertise in space planning, interior design, and architectural concepts.
  


• Ability to create material boards, furniture layouts, mood boards, and home models.
  


• Excellent client engagement, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  


• Strong knowledge of premium materials, finishes, furnishings, and luxury design trends.
  


• Creative problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  


• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools is preferred.
