Job Description - Interior Designer Residential Interiors

About the Role

Our client is an interiors and construction company in Gurgaon looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer for our residential projects: homes, apartments and villas.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts for residential spaces

Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans and working drawings in AutoCAD

Create 3D models and renders

Recommend materials, colours, furniture, lighting and finishes

Coordinate with homeowners, vendors and the site team

Visit sites to make sure work matches approved drawings

Revise designs based on client feedback

Requirements

1–4 years of residential interior design experience

Strong AutoCAD skills (must-have)

Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion or similar

Good grasp of space planning, materials and detailing

Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office and visiting sites

Preference: Female candidates preferred.

Our client, SRLR Construction is part of a construction group comprising three verticals — Interiors, Civil Construction & MEP, and PMC (Project Management Consultancy) under the one single brand. This role is for the PMC division, which oversees site execution and coordination for client projects
