Job Description - Interior/Modular Sales

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 700000 (ie INR 7 LPA)

Location: Hyderabad

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Interior / Modular Sales Professional to drive sales for interior design and modular solutions in Hyderabad. This role combines consultative selling with design sensibility, requiring you to understand client requirements, translate them into tailored interior solutions, and guide customers seamlessly from initial consultation through closure. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, generating revenue, and representing the brand’s design and service excellence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in and referred customers to understand their interior design needs, lifestyle preferences, space constraints, and budget considerations.
  • Present and sell modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior solutions through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop customized proposals, layouts, and quotations aligned with client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits when required to assess project feasibility, measurements, and scope of work.
  • Guide clients through the complete sales cycle—from initial inquiry and design discussion to negotiation, closure, and handover.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking to ensure visibility of leads and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as design, operations, and installation to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up with prospective clients, address concerns, and resolve objections to close deals effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and new materials in the interior design space.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance and business growth.

  • You are target-driven, resilient, and motivated by closing deals and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • You demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance customer expectations with business objectives.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in interior design sales, modular solutions, or real estate-related sales is an advantage, but candidates with strong sales aptitude and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
