The Ethics & Integrity Specialist supports the Global Ethics function by helping design, implement, and monitor compliance processes that promote ethical business conduct and mitigate regulatory, legal, and reputational risks. The role partners with regional Ethics Officers and business stakeholders to support due diligence, integrity reviews, investigations, training, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring activities.
Supporting the global Ethics Officers and Analysts in conducting and documenting:
Third Party Due Diligence
Project Integrity Reviews
Organisational conflict of Interest
Gifts, Entertainment & Hospitality (GEH)
Personal Conflict of Interest
Conduct internal searches of WSP client, proposal, and project databases to identify existing or potential relationships and their mitigation processes.
Support activities that mitigate any third-party risk because of Due Diligence findings.
Perform external research using publicly available sources to gather information on projects, counterparties, and project locations.
Knowledge about databases like Dow Jones, EXIGER, Companies Register etc.
2-4 years of relevant professional experience preferably in Organisational Conflict of Interest, Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, KYC, Ethics & Compliance.
