Intermediate Professional, Proposal Support

The Work Winning Coordinator supports the successful delivery of business development, prequalification, tender, and proposal activities across the Middle East region. The role is responsible for coordinating bid and pursuit activities, managing opportunity-related documentation, monitoring work-winning communications, and ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered within deadlines. The position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient processes and supporting the wider Work Winning team in achieving growth objectives.

Bid and Proposal Coordination

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender submissions.
• Assist in the development, formatting, editing, and production of bid and proposal documents.
• Maintain bid schedules and ensure all submission requirements and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with technical teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to collect required information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal governance processes.

Email and Opportunity Management

• Monitor shared Work Winning inboxes and opportunity portals daily.
• Review incoming emails, identify business opportunities, and circulate relevant opportunities to appropriate stakeholders.
• Track client communications and maintain records of bid-related correspondence.
• Manage bid notifications, clarifications, and submission confirmations.

Prequalification and Registration Support

• Prepare and submit PQQs and vendor registration applications.
• Maintain up-to-date corporate information, project experience data, CVs, certifications, and supporting documentation required for prequalification processes.
• Coordinate updates to client registration portals and supplier databases.
• Support the renewal and management of company registrations with key clients and government entities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. 
• 2-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal coordination, business development support. 
•  Experience preparing PQQs, EOIs, and tender submissions. 
• Experience working within engineering, consulting, construction, or professional services environments is preferred. 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
