Job Description:

Responsibilities:

2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing recommendations and marketing strategies.
3. Administrative Support: Aid in the preparation of contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation. Maintain accurate and organized files.
4. Marketing Assistance: Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online listings. Utilize social media platforms to promote properties and engage with potential clients.
5. Learning Opportunities: Participate in training sessions and workshops focused on real estate sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and industry trends.

Requirements:
