Internal Auditor

Location – Pune (camp)

Qualification – B.Com./M.Com./ICWA/CA drop out

Reporting to – Manager – Internal Audit

Candidate should be ready to travel PAN India for Audit purpose.

Male candidate preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities :

1. Prepare annual audit plan.

2. Conduct audit to ensuring full compliance with the Internal Control Procedures of the company.

3. Prepare and present audit findings & recommendations while providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures in line with International Standards/ organizations policies and procedures.

4. To provide timely and accurate information to the management on internal audits and to check evidences certifying adherence to the laid down policies and procedures.

5. Reviewing and reporting on statutory compliance.

6. Giving cost saving suggestions & revenue leakage resolutions to the Manager.

7. Conduct special audits/ assignments at the direction of Top Management.

8. To conduct physical verification of cash, stocks, fixed assets, documents etc.

9. To prepare monthly MIS for review.

Knowledge & Skills required

• Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT etc.
• Knowledge of various laws applicable to factories.
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
• Good presentation and audit report writing skills is must.
• Good experience in operational/ Factory audits/HR Audits/Sales Audit/Purchase Audit/Stock Audit
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
