This is a fully remote contractual opportunity for an experienced communications professional supporting global employee engagement and organizational alignment.
The role focuses on developing strategic internal communication initiatives that connect employees, leaders, and teams across different regions.
You will create impactful content, manage communication channels, and help strengthen transparency and collaboration within a global organization.

You will collaborate closely with HR teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear and effective communications.

Accountabilities:
The Internal Communications Consultant will develop and execute communication strategies that support employee engagement, organizational goals, and effective information sharing. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing internal communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives and values.
- Developing engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet platforms, emails, presentations, and employee updates.
- Partnering with department leaders and HR stakeholders to gather relevant information and prepare communications for internal audiences.
- Managing internal communication platforms and ensuring content remains accurate, timely, and relevant.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, webinars, workshops, and other internal events.
- Advising leadership teams on effective internal communication approaches and best practices.
- Ensuring communication materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational messaging.
- Supporting communication efforts across different regions while considering cultural differences and employee needs.
- Tracking communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and information flow.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in internal communications and the ability to manage strategic communication initiatives in a global environment. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in internal communications, ideally with strong exposure to HR communications.
- Proven experience developing communication strategies and creating content for diverse internal audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and communication practices across different regions.
- Availability to support partial US working hours when required.
