Internal Operations Manager

The Inside Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all internal/back-office operational activities that keep the business running smoothly. This includes coordinating schedules, handling documentation, ensuring timely communication between teams, and preparing reports for leadership. The person in this role will act as the backbone of the operations team by ensuring that internal processes are efficient, accurate, and well-organized. This role requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills, as you will often be the first point of contact for resolving operational challenges inside the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, data entry, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams and management to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in service-based industries.
