Job Description - Internal Sales - Instrumentation


We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Internal Sales – Instrumentation professional to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a background in instrumentation or related technical fields, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.


  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.


  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.


  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM/sales systems.


  • Support the external sales team with product information, documentation, and order processing.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.


  • Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.







Requirements

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.


  • 1–3 years of experience in internal sales, customer support, or technical sales (preferably in instrumentation).


  • Strong technical understanding of instrumentation products and solutions.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
