We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Internal Sales – Instrumentation professional to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a background in instrumentation or related technical fields, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/sales systems.
Support the external sales team with product information, documentation, and order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.
Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in internal sales, customer support, or technical sales (preferably in instrumentation).
Strong technical understanding of instrumentation products and solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
