1 Role Summary
Highly execution -focused Internal Recruiter responsible for sourcing, assessing, and closing junior and entry -level talent at scale.
The role is purely performance -driven:
â High volume hiring
â Strict KPI ownership
â Fast turnaround cycles
The objective is: ensure consistent pipeline and close a minimum of 4 hires per month while maintaining quality and retention.
2 Core Responsibilities
2.1 End -to -End Recruitment Ownership
Manage full recruitment lifecycle:
â Intake â Sourcing â Screening â Interview coordination â Offer â Closing
â Ensure smooth and fast process across al roles
â Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers
2.2 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
â Build and maintain active pipelines across roles
â Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, database)
â Ensure continuous candidate availability for active roles
Expectation: No dependency on reactive sourcing
2.3 Screening & Candidate Qualification
Conduct structured interviews to assess:
â Skills fit
â Motivation
â Reliability
Ensure only qualified and committed candidates enter the process.
2.4 KPI & Performance Ownership
â Fully accountable for personal delivery metrics
â Core KPIs:
â Minimum 4 hires closed per month (baseline expectation)
â Time -to -first CV: â¤48 hours
â Interview -to -offer conversion ratio
â Offer acceptance rate
â Candidate reliability (low dropout rate)
2.5 Execution & Problem Solving
â Identify hiring bottlenecks and resolve them proactively

3.1 Experience
â 2–5 years in recruitment (agency or in -house)
â Proven track record of consistent monthly closures
â Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
