Internal Technical Content Specialist

We are looking for an Internal Technical Content Specialist to join our Customer Success Global Office team and drive technical enablement through high-quality documentation and knowledge management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Denodo Platform, strong technical writing skills, and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts. In this role, you will create technical documentation, training materials, white papers, and enablement resources that help internal teams maximize the value of the Denodo Platform while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, white papers, presentations, newsletters, and training materials related to the Denodo Platform.
  


• Build, organize, and manage a centralized repository for internal technical knowledge and enablement resources.
  


• Maintain deep expertise in the Denodo Platform, including its architecture, advanced features, services, and ecosystem.
  


• Deliver technical presentations, product overviews, and enablement sessions for internal teams.
  


• Monitor product release schedules and create updated learning materials for new platform features and enhancements.
  


• Coordinate technical training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and internal learning programs.
  


• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and local managers to develop high-quality technical resources.
  


• Support internal users by creating engaging technical content and training materials.
  


• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve documentation quality and learning resources.
  


• Communicate product roadmap updates and project progress to stakeholders and management.
  


• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and data management best practices.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  


• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  


• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Denodo Platform on enterprise or real-world projects.
  


• 2–3 years of experience creating technical content, documentation, training materials, or knowledge resources.
  


• Strong expertise in Technical Content Creation, Technical Documentation, and Knowledge Management.
  


• Good understanding of Data Engineering, Data Management, Analytics, and modern data ecosystems.
  


• Experience using Jira for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong technical writing and presentation skills.
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer enablement skills.
