We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are interested in building a career in International B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
â Conduct market research to identify potential companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities aligned with our conferences and events.
â Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
â Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and professional networking.
â Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
â Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and internal databases.
â Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients.
â Meet daily and monthly activity targets related to lead generation and meeting setup.

Requirements
â Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, inside sales, business development.
â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
â Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
â Good research and analytical skills.
â Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with international clients.
â Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, AI tools and internet research tools.
â Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
