International Blended Process Executive (Voice/Chat/ Email)

We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for an International Blended Process. The role involves handling global customers across voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong problem -solving ability, and prior experience in international customer support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, and email
  
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and account -related issues
  
• Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards
  
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
  
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution
  

Requirements

Work Details:

• Rotational shifts including night shifts
  
• 5–6 days working (as per process requirement)
  
• International blended support environment
