The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Need to handle inbound calls from US Cx regarding travel queries
• Attend International Inbound Calls. - Handling US Customer's queries related with Flight booking, car rentals, etc. - Need to convert queries into sales

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
