Summary

Responsibilities

• Drive specific initiatives at the branch level to ensure the achievement of overall sales objectives.
  
• Identify critical issues impacting branch sales and implement immediate remedial actions to resolve them.
  
• Monitor the progress of targets on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure consistent performance.
  
• Enhance branch productivity through strategic planning and effective resource management.
  
• Validate feedback and data accuracy before reporting findings to the Zonal Head.
  
• Ensure all sales targets are met by leveraging relationships with existing, returning, and new clients.
  
• Engage with all customers to maintain continuous business interaction and foster loyalty.
  
• Collect comprehensive feedback regarding product quality, pricing strategies, competition, and promotional schemes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales management.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business scenarios.
  
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  
• High levels of confidence to lead teams and manage client relationships successfully.
