Job Description

Global Talent Square (GTS), a venture of 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its Australia Recruitment Team in Bengaluru. We welcome both freshers who want to start their careers in recruitment and experienced professionals with recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate management, or sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in international recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and evaluate their suitability.
  
• Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
  
• Work towards recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
  
• Understand international job requirements and communicate them clearly to candidates.
  
• Build positive relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
  
• Explain job opportunities and recruitment processes professionally.
  

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience in international recruitment is required.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
  
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or international hiring.
  
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
  
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Sales aptitude and ability to explain opportunities convincingly.
