International Recruitment Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented International Recruitment / Visa Documentation & Operations Executive to manage candidate documentation, verification, follow-ups, deployment file readiness and payment/collection tracking.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that candidate files are complete, accurate and ready for visa processing and deployment within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify candidate documents for overseas recruitment and deployment.
  
• Maintain complete and updated candidate files and trackers.
  
• Follow up with candidates for pending documents, medicals, visa processing, and deployment.
  
• Coordinate with recruitment, visa, and operations teams for smooth processing.
  
• Track candidates from selection to final deployment.
  
• Identify and follow up on delays to ensure timely deployment.
  
• Maintain payment records, ageing reports, and outstanding collections.
  
• Coordinate for payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and receipt maintenance.
  
• Prepare and update daily/weekly status reports and MIS.
