Job Description - International Sales Associate

International Sales Associate

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Salary: ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (IST)

Work Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Off

Process: International (Ireland)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, target -driven sales professional to handle calls with customers in Ireland. If you have a flair for conversation, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of international process experience — this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

â Handle outbound and/or inbound calls with customers based in Ireland

â Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or services

â Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently

â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

â Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience on every call

â Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed sales

â Adhere to quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice / Sales Process
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales / Voice Process
Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional tone
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
Target -oriented mindset with a positive and resilient attitude
Comfortable working in afternoon / evening shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
