Job Description - International Sales Executive

Our Client is the leading BIM Implementation & Consulting company
ensuring that today's construction firms become BIM enabled.
Studio4
works closely with leading architectural, civil, structural, MEPF,
transportation engineering, owner, developer, & contractor firms to ensure
that they incorporate efficient BIM & project management processes in their
everyday work.

Studio4 is an authorized partner of leading
technology companies such as Autodesk, Bexel, Cube, Plannerly and others for
product implementation and system integration



An independent executive role in building
relationships & growing the company brand.

·       Plan and pitch for Construction
Projects for our BIM based Services, Automation Services to Architects,
Engineers, Contractors in USA/UK/ANZ regions

·       Identify potential
clients and the decision-makers within the client organization by research,
cold calling, web meetings, using Linkedin, Social Media, other online research
tools etc

·       Meet potential clients
by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

·       Attend each client
meeting, prepare MOMs, follows up with client requests until closure of sale

·       Ensure that data is
accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM

·       Achieve target number
of meetings, calls and sales conversions

Typical
each Deal revenue to be Rs. 25 Lakhs to Rs. 75 Lakhs


Requirements

Employment type: Full Time. 6 days a week (1st &
3rd Saturday are holidays)

Functional Area: Sales & Marketing

Industry: Architecture, Engineering & Construction -
Software Services

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Fresher – Bachelor’s Degree in BMS / BCom

2) Work timings are 3pm to 12pm

3) Flair in using softwares, MS Office, Diagrams and
Charts etc

4) Ideal for someone who is extremely organised

4) Has great attention to detail

5) Strong communication skills

Salary - 2.5 - 3 LPA
