Salary range: Rs 360000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 3.6-5.5 LPA)

Experience: 2+ yrs

Location: Delhi, NOIDA, NCR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to support the growth of global business operations and strengthen relationships with international customers. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about international business development, customer engagement, and expanding market presence across global regions.

As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with overseas clients, and driving export sales growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for international buyers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiries and quotations to order management and post-sales support.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to building long-term business relationships. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas buyers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to drive export sales growth.
  • Expand the customer base through lead generation, market research, networking, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate commercial discussions with prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates and business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and timely fulfillment of commitments.
  • Support export operations by facilitating communication between customers and operational teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales planning activities and contribute to achieving revenue and business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to management.
  • Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout all client interactions.
