•Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated •
•Work Shifts/ Hours: Rotational shift ( flexible to work in night shifts)
