Role Overview:

We are hiring Process Associates for an International Voice Process (US Healthcare). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career with a leading MNC. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills and be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Undergraduate or Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)

Eligible: BCA & MBA graduates

Not Eligible: B.Tech & M.Tech graduates

Freshers are highly preferred (only 2years experienced candidates can apply)

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

Immediate joiners preferred

Benefits

CTC: ₹3.0 LPA (Fixed)

In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Relocation Bonus: ₹25,000 (Clawback applicable for 12 months)

Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
