HIRING | INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Job Details

Work Mode: Work from Office

CTC: Up to ₹36,000 (Depends on last salary package)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process – Mandatory

Working Days: 5 Days

Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs

Cab Allowance: ₹3,600

Skills Required

International Voice Process / BPO Experience

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

International Customer Handling

Customer Service & Query Resolution

Active Listening & Problem-Solving Skills

Professional Communication

Basic Computer & CRM Knowledge

Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process

Excellent communication skills

UG / Graduate / Post-Graduate candidates can apply

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs

Candidates willing to work from office in Greater Noida
